If you have been reading my blog for awhile you will remember a few years ago (aka pre MBA and little Viking time) when H and I used to spend most weekends out and about exploring as many places that we could. Oh how I miss those random weekend adventures around Iceland! Sadly, our little adventures have been non-existent for the past two years or so, but now that school is getting closer to finishing (hello graduation I can see you!) and our little Viking is bigger and more curious by the day I think it is more than time we bring them back into our lives. When I first moved to Iceland I made an Icelandic bucket list of all the places I wanted to visit and things I wanted to do.
